"Pricing Photography Services" is a topic little understood by my many new age freelance & even some professional photographers. A consequence of poor financial planning has its effects on deliverables to clients, a reason for non-photographers (Clients) to read this article too.

Photography looks easy, Lots of cameras are available, even phones have over 100MP resolutions these days.

• Then why a photographer?
• Premium pricing for photography?
• Do I lose out on anything when I hire a photographer who charges less?

If there is that one major factor that guarantees your chance of getting noticed online matrimony profile, it is your profile photograph, a well-shot headshot. Your headshot is your first impression and the deciding factor for you to get noticed or ignored. Once a first impression is made, it is very hard to change that perception of you. A good set of profile pictures communicates a lot about your personality and your seriousness in a relationship.

Psychologists say it takes about a tenth of a second to form an impression about the person we meet!

We did manage a while with workarounds using 3rd party software and a screen-capture of onscreen live-view video from my cameras(DSLRs)

The primary advantage of shooting in a studio is the ability to control and shape the quality of light. Shooting under studio lighting also allows even low end / cropped sensor cameras to render sharp, well-detailed images. All of this control and quality means having access to a sufficiently large space and all the equipment that goes with it, usually a fairly hefty price to own & maintain. Thereby making renting a studio space is a great way to gain experience without the financial pain of buying your own equipment.

Her Highness, Rajmata Pramoda Devi Wadiyar flagged off the run at the iconic Balarama Jayarama Gateway of the Mysuru Palace. Three days, 145 kms, six sighted guides running with six blind runners onward to Bengaluru. This is a historic run and an inspiring for the running community where visually impaired athletes Mala Kolkar, Renuka Rajput, Sunitha N.D, Kavya N, Nandeesha Janardan and Ajay Eranna along with their guide runners Venkatesh N, Bhadresh S, Bhumika Patel, Nandish Kumar, Rajesh N V and Sachin Tiptur ran the 145 kms Spirit of Pinkathon run from Mysuru to Bengaluru, over 3 days from 23rd to 25th of January 2019. It is also a notable fact that most of the guides too were attempting their first Ultra Marathon

This run celebrates the spirit of health and well-being in the face of all obstacles. The idea was suggested by Head Coach of Samarthanam Trust for the Disabled Bhumika Patel after the VI runners made a record of becoming India’s first visually impaired athletes’ team to complete full marathon at a timed event.

Bangalore Runners Unity Run – BRUR, is a FUN RUN event by the runners, for the runners, hosted by the running community of #NammaBengaluru to celebrate the passion and joy of running with their family and friends in a scenic location of #NammaBengaluru.

No timing chips, no podiums, no medals, just pure joy of running to your heart’s content with your friends and family !

I've been running at this event for 2 years and had initially planned to take my family to this run (especially my little one). Was a little sad as i would be missing it this year with my wife Shilpa having taking up classes for a banking exam and me left to baby sit. A last minute call for volunteers by fellow Runner ShivaG had me there in the morning (mom was back from a short travel and requested her to take care of Sauhard so that I could go to BRUR) ... 

The Runs organised by the Running groups of Bangalore are any-day much for fun and well managed than the "Big Runs" and are an excellent opportunity to introduce your kids, family or friends to the joyful crazy world of running.
