• True High Resolution: Delivered Images are in full resolution, has no watermark with an unlimited personal use licence attached (for b2c Customers)
• Accurate Colour Reproduction: Cameras & monitors care calibrated for the best colour reproduction & accurate colours. Delivered images have colour profile attached to ensure they print accurately anywhere & every time (provided the printer is calibrated) 
• Prints / Additional Products are optional: No bundled prints - Print How you like, when you like it (we currently only cater to Archival prints through 3rd parties who have specialised printers & strict workflow for colour accuracy. small prints are managed inhouse).
• Professional Equipment: Full-frame cameras, professional lighting systems, and specialised portrait lenses etc ... YES, we use the very best and the space to utilise them (do check our studio dimensions and compare it to our competition)
• Expert Post-Production: Retouching while keeping your facial elements (skin texture, moles etc) intact while removing those pesky pimples / temporary blemishes and the unruly hairs, retain/maintain natural skin tones at a level that meets advertising industry standards. We do al our post-processing inhouse to maintain our strict quality standards.
• Pre-Production Planning: We generally dedicate the first few minutes of a shoot or dedicate a call (as a minimum) prior to the shoot for mood boarding, and shot list creation to ensure what we create meets what you need.
• Transparent Pricing: All costs communicated upfront (even before you book), no hidden charges.
• Guaranteed Turnaround: We maintain and promise realistic delivery timelines to account for operational disruptions. In fact we strive to deliver earlier than promised. We delivering just in time is a signal for us to ramp up our delivery capacity.
• Responsive Communication: you have a Direct POC, over WhatsApp & emails, and calls (our secret - spend less time on calls, instead invest same time in getting actual work done, and calls tend to interrupt our experts from their core responsibilities - in fact every call is considered as a serious breakdown in our processes)
